my spraycan phone

                 yes longtime a go ,i buy this phone with the idea to make a spraycan phone.
                  so i do it and specially with a krylon decal,  that more oldschool style!

                          i start to create the same decal of original krylon spraycan
                          and with my computer i adapt the scale to the phone,
                          because the phone are little more small than real spraycant

                      i instal the adapted krylon decal
                      after i put the top of original spraycan , i fix it on top of phone

Motul trophy for "le tour auto" 2012

                              Motul oil company ask me to create  a trophy for the "tour auto 2012"
                                         they ask me to use  her little oil tank .

                         the gold model was not used for the trophy, this was not valid

                                             the black one was valid

                     under each piece there is hand made graffiti sign Hozoi in stainless steel

Judez pedal car restauration and patina

   yes  again a Judez pedal car model alfa romeo racer....
   i make new trim on hoode side and make new grill and new gas cap.
   all in aluminum, so i create some tools special for the gas cap end the grill.
   i use my pullmax machine for the grill.

   i restore a pedal car its cool but, new paint  brooking the feelings of age!                                                                                                  
   so i try to create a patina for give more  vintage effects

               this was the original front of the car, no bad , no good , but i prefer rebuilt all

                 the nose of the judez completly planishing , for this operation ,
                 there is no place for hammer and dolly 
                 so i cut the front drive system for working more easy

                              i make new trim and new grill with my nibbler pullmax p21

this was the simple tool, i make it with regular wood and use a good press for block it

                                          all the aluminum parts are polished
   

                   yu can see the patina , this look really like a original old paint

Pullmax Eckold mixed to Pullckold !!!!

yes  hello evry metalshapers, i m french metal shaper, like evrybody knows the eckold machine is one of the best shrinker stretcher machine, but the price of this machine is too bad for little crafstman, usually only  big company can buy eckold machine with the tools, i really respect Eckold for the quality tools , there is Marchant company they make shrinking machine too, there is Erco TCE similar to Marchant, but for a  little company its impossible to pay around 25 to 30 000 us dollars for a piccolo with tools.
so years after years , i create  some machine , and years after years   i buy some used eckold tools, but no eckold piccolo.
but i  work many time on my Pullmax (p 21) this machine in europ  is at correct price  (1500 to 3000 euros )
for used machine , sure .
a day i see a trimmer Pullmax, this is a very rare machine, i buy it, and decided to convert  this machine with her big throat to  a Pullckold   hahaha , yeah  Pullmax + Eckold = Pullckold.
so you can see some details of my conception.

yu can do the same thing with a simple Pullmax  P5 or P7 more easy to find, but you need to cut the body for have better throat...

                                  i create a new fixation for the original trimmer head,
                                  like this i can always use my trimmer for regular pullmax work

                              so i decided to make new one.

yes again a pre war pedal car,

this is a rare model ,difficult to find, this pedal car have wheels very tighten.

i decided to rebuilt the hood exactelly like original shape with the little bead on each side.

and i make new side hood  with stamped louvers.
