Piston trophy Motul

Motul ask me to make a piston trophy , but many people allready do it.

so i  make one with personal touch...

start with sketch at scale 1

draw and hammered the wings

just "take a look around" the look

present wings on piston

 hammered metal give more life to metal

Motul trophy "salon moto legende 2016"

                         
                                  a new little trophy for the " salon moto legende 2016"
                                  the motorcycle  is a faret motorcycle made in france at bordeaux
                                  so i take the spirit of the gas tank design and the frame too..

 yu can see the wood piece gas tank and the metl gas tank and the scale draw

start to forming the frame with my henrob flame,
i weld some piece of metal for control the bending

now we can see the gas tank inside  the frame, this start to be cool

i made the podium for the sculpture

i have the idea to  make a streamline prewar car.

i really like the  profile draw, so i decided to make it in aluminium

the draw is to scale 1, its a 38 centimers long

this is the technic for forming the roof, we call this technic "repousse"

this are made by cnc machine by my friend "mister pierro"

start to install the wheels on the body

this is pure streamline design!

i make 2 similars model and all winners was happy

graffiti wood letterzz

since longtime ago i want make my  graffiti wood letters.

so when i was in Indonesia i meet some craftsmans, and i decided to work together.

for give to you an idea, just for create the shape of one letter, this take 3 days, and 2 more days for all the finishing.

so a total of 5 days for one letter!
so i start with  the "Z"

for have this result of finishing
you cannot imagine how many hours of sanding,
and and spraying mat clearcoat, and sanding again,
and spraying mat clearcoat again and again....

Graffiti metal sculpture for Vizion

just start a new sculpture for Vizion
 for the my project "exchange art"

always start with sketch and after i put my sketch on sheet metal
and use my plasma cutter

after 4 days of cutting,forming ,we can start to see the piece

just a little cool shot with my digital camera

i start to instal the light in the point of "i" letter

the vizion is in the house!

we can see the light in points of "i" letters
this look  good , and this give to me more ideas for the futur prods

graffiti metal sculpture for Zenoy

i have the idea to make graffiti metal sculpture  4 years a go.
 but this take me lot of time to make it,  so i  stop to make it .
 but manytime i think  to make again new graffiti metal sculpture
so i make new one, but for the first time  i dont write my name
:Hozoi,
but i write the name of differents graffierz and they create for me
some cool canvas, that "exchange art work"

                             i start to sketch my letters on paper carboard, and put it on  metal
                             after i reproduce the outline of letters, and i use my plasma cutter,
                              each letters need  be in double  for make the 3d..

                               after welding each piece, step by step the sculpture come "alive"

                      you can see the "zenoy"  piece,  for give more autenticity i will create
                      a rusty patina...
